Over the past couple of weeks our company has been under an escalating vicious and malicious campaign of harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against our employees and customers which included serious incidents of confrontations with our employees, filming and public shaming of employees on social media, disruptions to store operations, and incidents which required police involvement.
Our employees and customers deserve a work environment that is free from harassment, intimidation, or concerns for their personal safety.
Given the current circumstances for our responsibility to protect our employees and customers, we have been left with no choice but to temporarily suspend operations at several stores for a few days.
We hope that a safe and peaceful working environment can be restored soon, allowing us to reopen and continue serving our loyal customers who rely on us.
